Thank you Meg. ♀️
Thank you for sharing this. I have severe anxiety and PTSD so at times it can be very hard to get relief from stress and acting out my emotions. I going to try this because I’m tired of being like this.
Do you have a book on calming the mind?
Thanks for asking, Mary. My book Inner Peace Blueprint will be released next summer. = )
Thank you Meg
I’ve read between stimulus and reaction there is a space where you can choose your reaction. I think it just takes practice over and over again. Trying to stay calm is easier said then done. Thanks Meg for your contribution of calming and knowledge.
Yes this sounds simple enough
Yet I have a hard time of letting things Go
But I do understand it takes practice
Till it becomes natural ♥️
I like this very much, it’s simple therefore easy. I feel I can do this! Life is complicated enough, so simple is perfect. Thank you Meg Coyle for sharing your wisdom and not charging any money. You are truly an angel, I appreciate you and what your trying to do
Sincerely, Tracey Wood
I love the Simplicity of your method to ‘sow the seeds’ of calm !
Thank you
Every action doesn’t need a reaction
Slow down , Be calm …….
I Am inspired by your ideas . Thank you
