So very true, if I could only be present in each gesture, chore and moment, there would be no stress or difficulty too great to handle. However, getting myself there is the moment by moment work. Breathe, relax, pause, be attentive…easy sounding but my human nature is react! Beautiful presentation.
Thank you Meg for the simple sustems to dealing with my anxiety. I have truly struggled with anxiety since my stroke one year ago. I will now incorporate posture and breath daily.
thank you so much, Meg!
I wondered what these videos would be like you surpass my inklings with your gentle nature strong clarity and well edited script it feels like it’s really from your heart.
I love the simplicity of posture and breath during Wednesday as I’ve been trying to do that a little bit and I felt the benefits but the way you explained it really brought it home to me that gentle breath watching your posture is the beginning to coming home to a calm life!
I’m looking forward to the other two videos so thank you again, Emily
