About One Body Books
There are many parts but One Body. There are many ways, but One Absolute Truth. Studying the dance of diversity, the elements of communicating an individual experience in universal terms, is my work, my art, my life. I find power and healing in sharing what I am learning from the perspective of an opening heart, a quieting mind, and a relaxed and alert body. The continued inspiration to share my perspective evolved into the poetry in the Words Collected on the Road to Silence series – Messages to Me and the birth of One Body Books Publishing. There are now two books of poetry in the series with Into the Fire joining Messages to Me in 2010.
