When we are willing to feel our authentic pain from a place of balance (the integration of a sensitive body, an open heart, and a quiet mind) instead of rushing to medicate our pain with agents to numb or distractions to avoid, we can begin to locate the space to reconsider our (painful) circumstance with curiosity instead of defense and so allow the mind to open to a set of questions other than how to avoid, or dominate. Fear shouts take control! Faith encourages and supports us to wait and see, trust and simple be.
